3D printing is a process where we create physical objects layer by layer from digital designs. We use high-quality plastic filament that's melted and precisely deposited to build your items. It's like a regular printer, but instead of ink on paper, we're building in three dimensions!

Yes! We use non-toxic PLA filament (made from cornstarch) which is safe for children. However, small parts may pose a choking hazard for children under 5 years old. For items intended for children, we try to use larger designs without small detachable parts, but please be mindful of the age recommendations.

Our items are quite durable for normal use! PLA plastic is sturdy and can handle regular play and handling, although many of our more expensive products are meant more for display. Keep in mind that PLA can break if dropped on hard surfaces or if excessive force is applied, so try to avoid rough play. We also recommend keeping them away from water and extreme heat (like inside a hot car, or under direct sunlight) as they can warp.

Absolutely! We love creating custom items. Whether you want a specific color, size modification, or a completely unique design, just reach out to us at support@crafthouse3d.com. Custom orders typically take 1-2 weeks depending on complexity. Minimum order requirements may apply for fully custom designs.

We have a wide range of colors including standard colors (black, white, red, blue, green, yellow), pastels, shiny metallics, and more! If you see a product you like but want it in a different color or style, just ask – we're happy to accommodate when possible.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50! Most items ship within 3-5 business days. Local Augusta, GA customers can choose local pickup at checkout to get their items even faster. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee – contact us for details.

All sales made in person are final, which means that once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If the item was bought online, however, you have 14 days to return the item assuming it is unopened or in otherwise original condition. Whether in person or online, if you are missing pieces from a kit or receive a defective item, please contact us at support@crafthouse3d.com.

Yes! Every build-it-yourself kit includes detailed, step-by-step assembly instructions with illustrations. Instructions are also available on our Instructions page for download. If you ever need help, just email us!

Yes and no. While we do work to create our own unique designs, we also source designs from talented 3D artists around the world, such as The Kit Kiln and Zou3D. We ensure that all designs we use are either our own or properly licensed for commercial use. If you have a design idea, feel free to share it with us!
