Orders of $20 or more get free local pickup where we meet somewhere convenient around the Augusta, GA area. For smaller orders, you can still pick it up for free by meeting us at one of our events or by picking it up at The Memory Exchange.

Absolutely! It's one of our favorite things. Custom colors, a favorite animal, a photo lithophane, a one-off figure… send it through the custom order form. Most customs are ready in 1–2 weeks; a small deposit may apply to larger one-off designs.

We print in non-toxic PLA (made from plant starch), which is kid-friendly. That said, small parts can be a choking hazard for children under 5, so please use good judgment with the tiniest pieces.

PLA is sturdy for everyday play and display, but it can crack if dropped hard. Keep all 3D-printed items away from water, dishwashers, and extreme heat (a hot car or direct sun) so they don't warp. Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap and they'll last for years.

Lots! Standard colors, pastels, shiny metallics, glow-in-the-dark and more. If you see something you like but want a different color, just ask on your order or custom request, and we'll match it when we can.

A mix. We create some of our own designs and also print models from talented artists who license their work for commercial use (our action figures, for example, are designed by The Kit Kiln). We only use designs that are our own or properly licensed.

In-person sales are final. If something arrives defective or a set is missing pieces, reach out to support@crafthouse3d.com and we'll make it right.
